Jazz Tribute | August Wilson African American Cultural Center

Celebrating Pittsburgh sculptor Thaddeus G. Mosley (1926-2026) on his centennial, the evening opens with jazz standards from Thad’s favorites, followed by the premiere of “Sculptures at an Exhibition,” a four-movement work curated by Flavio Chamis, with movements composed by Roger Humphries, Dwayne Dolphin, and Howie Alexander, each inspired by a Mosley sculpture of their choosing. With special guest Yoko Suzuki.
